Neptune Beach

Neptune Beach, Florida is the smallest of Jacksonville’s beach communities. With 2.5 square miles and the Atlantic Ocean to the East, Neptune Beach has a population of 7500 people. Neptune Beach is between Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach. If you are arrested by the Neptune Beach Police Department, you will not be jailed at the beach. You will be taken to the Jacksonville Pretrial Detention Facility and your case will be handled at the Duval County Courthouse. The courthouse in Jacksonville is located at 330 East Bay Street and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
